It really has few calories for the protein, vitamins, and minerals it provides. Compare that to a candy bar or sugary soda. If you have not had chocolate milk for a long time, it may be time to add it back to your diet.

Do not give up on your favorite foods. Just add some diced up veggies to your family pasta sauce. A cup of diced onions, peppers, zuchinni will add bulk. The same portion of food will cost your calorie budget a lot less.
